Privacy statement
TrailZ Technologies B.V. respects your privacy. This statement explains what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only; the TrailZ product is in development and not yet available.
What this website collects
Nothing automatically. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels, and loads no fonts or scripts from third parties — everything is served from our own domain. If you send the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you type, plus the time of sending.
Why we process it
Only to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a message you chose to send us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard web-server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them for analytics or profiling.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as the conversation is relevant and at most two years, then deleted.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the company, except our hosting and email providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell or share personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable form. Email us and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Changes
If this statement changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
